ab99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ab99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. ab99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a payment method verified as belonging to you. Before processing a withdrawal, ab99 may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier section. ab99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one business day, though actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the receiving institution.
ab99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, ab99 may withhold all or part of the relevant balance.
All Account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on ab99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. Players depositing via methods that process in a different currency will have amounts converted at the prevailing rate prior to crediting.
ab99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
ab99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, ab99 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the Account.
ab99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where ab99 suspects that a wager has been placed in error, that the odds displayed were the result of a technical error, or that a player has exploited a pricing error.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, ab99 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. No further compensation will be payable in such circumstances. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all gaming products on the Platform.
All cricket and sports betting markets — including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches — are subject to ab99's Sports Betting Rules, which are available on the relevant sports section of the Platform. Where ab99's specific rules do not address a particular situation, industry-standard rules as determined by ab99 at its sole discretion shall apply.
